Town Of Wilton, NY Kathryn J. Maierhoffer 70 Kathryn passed away at Saratoga Hospital surrounded by her family on Saturday, May 22, 2010. She was born in Glens Falls, NY. She was the daughter of the late Warren H. and Kathryn C. Barber Flood. She worked at Liberty Tax, Wilton, as a Tax Preparer after many years of working as a Junior Accountant. She was predeceased by her husband William Joseph Maierhoffer. Survivors include her son: Mark (Carol) Rochester of Castleton, NY; her daughter: Kelly (Jim Miller) Terrille of Saratoga Springs, her sisters: "Taffy" (Jack) Soderholm of St. Louis, MO, Betty Ann (Michael Van Kleek) Flood of Cohoes, NY and her brother: Warren (Gail) Flood, Jr. of Vernon, CT; Granddaughters, Melissa Kathryn Terrille and Michelle Lauren Terrille of Saratoga Springs, Great Grandson, Nicholas Martin Dardanelli. Memorial services will be on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 1:30 pm at Wilton Funeral Home, 395 Ballard Road, Wilton. Committal service will follow at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery. The family suggests memorials in Kathryn's name be made to the Salvation Army, the USO or The United Methodist Church, Bolton Landing, NY.
