He was born on August 25, 1938 in Yonkers, NY
He was a Pharmacist/Health Care Administrator at St. John's Riverside Hospital, Yonkers, NY
Survivors include his wife Jo-Anne Sparacino, his daughters: Terry Rimmer, Carin Szkodzinsky, Tracey Hoff, Nicole Kochman, his son: Thomas Sparacino, Jr and 11 grandchildren.
Memorial service will be on Wednesday February 24, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Wilton Funeral Home, 395 Ballard Road, Wilton, NY.
