Obituary of Patricia S. Brewster

Ballston Spa, NY Patricia S. Brewster Patricia (Friday) Brewster passed surrounded by her loving family on Thursday October 10th 2024. Born on January 8, 1942, in Amsterdam, NY, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Marian Friday. Pat had a sincere passion for helping others whether working as an assistant teachers aid though Saratoga BOCES and local schools, volunteering with ambulance services, or crocheting blankets and shawls for those in need. Besides her philanthropic deeds, Pat loved to spend time with family and loved ones. She made many friends through the Ballston Spa United Methodist Church. She would often be seen dining around at local restaurants with her good friend Dan Simard. Pat is predeceased by her loving husband, Dave Brewster, and her daughter Sherri Brewster. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly (Zig) Poteralski; her sister Donna (Louis) Spagnola; her grandchildren, Doug (Brittany) Halterman, Heather Halterman, and Kyle (Bianca) Poteralski; and her great grandchildren Landon Hahn and Lachlan Halterman. Calling hours will be Wednesday October 16, 2024, at Mevec Funeral Home from 11-12pm with a service at 12PM.
