Tillie died at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin on Friday, November 12, 2021.

She was born in Vandling, PA. She was the daughter of the late Louis and Frances Mevec.

Tillie worked for the former R.E. Dietz Lighting Company, Syracuse, NY

She was predeceased by her sisters Frances Chmarney, Molly Kurtak, her brothers Louis, Edward, Harold, Robert Mevec, her husband John Billo who died on February 13, 1997.

Tillie is survived by her children Sandra (Robert) Happel of Langorne, PA and Diane (George) Might of Beaufort, SC, John (Jennie) Billo of College Grove, TN; her brother: William (Mary Ann) Mevec of Ballston Spa, NY, her grandchildren, Brian (Gayle) Happel, Justin (Christine) Might, Leslie (William) Rico, her great grandchildren, Chase & Eleanor Happel, Mackenzie & Parker Might, Kai Rico, many nieces and nephews.

Calling hour will be Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by services at 12:00 pm at St. John The Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 207 Tompkins Street, Syracuse, NY.

Committal service will follow at Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
