Charles died at Wesley Health Care Center on Sunday, November 26, 2017 after a long illness.

He was born on February 21, 1948 in Troy, NY. He was the son of the late John and Edith Goodrich Voland.

Charlie worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years

He also served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Charlie loved to go fishing and was a NY Yankee fan.

Charlie is survived by his wife Anna Voland, his sons Jason Voland of Saratoga Springs, Robert Bulson of Archer, FL, Brian Bulson and Michael Bulson both from Georgia

Committal service with full military honors will be on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 10:30 am at Gerald B.H. Solomon-Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY.
