Obituary of Patricia C. Lynch (Kenny)

Patricia C. Lynch (Kenny) SARATOGA SPRINGS – Patricia C. Lynch (Kenny), 72, passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 15, 2016, at Saratoga Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born in Albany, NY she was the daughter of the late Anthony V. and Louise E. (Preisser) Lynch. Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who always placed the needs of others first. Her warm and bright smile would light up a room, and her sense of humor and charm always kept family, friends and acquaintances smiling. She will be remembered by all for her countless contributions to the lives of others. Her love for arts and crafts inspired her creativity and her talent for gardening was a true gift. Over the years, Patricia worked at the Saratoga Race Course, held various positions as a sales representative and worked in the restaurant and tavern sector. She also prepared picnic baskets for local artists at Yaddo, Saratoga Springs. Besides her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony Lynch, Robert, Lynch, John Lynch and Leo Lynch, and her sisters, Joan Davidson, Margaret Anderson and Shirley Virgil. Left to cherish her memories are her former husband of 26 years, Wilfrid L. Kenny; Sons Wilfred L. Kenny of Ballston Spa; Robert C. Kenny and his wife Lorraine of Ladysmith VA; and Michael A. Kenny of Morris Plains, NJ; five grandchildren Allyssa Kenny of Ballston Spa; Eric Pfau of Bolton Landing, Caitlin Kenny, Matthew Kenny and Sean Kenny of Ladysmith, VA; sister, Noreen A. Adams and her husband, John, of Hudson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The immediate family would like to invite relatives and friends to a memorial celebration commemorating the life of Patricia to be held January 20, 2016 at Wilfred's home, 83 Knickerbocker St. Ballston Spa, NY from 6 to 8 PM.
