Phillip R. Noyes, 69, of Wilton, NY. Phillip died at home on July 30, 2009 after a short battle with cancer He was born in Lyndon, VT. He was the son of the late Raymond and Alma Peak Noyes. He was a Self Employed Carpenter in Vermont. Later he worked as a Carpenter for Boyd Associates, Greenville, North Carolina after retirement He worked for Environmental Drilling in South Glens Falls, NY He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was predeceased by his daughters, Sheryl Noyes and Veronica Noyes, his son-in-law, Rick Smith, his brother, Lee Noyes and father in law LeRoy Tanner Survivors include his wife Sybol Tanner Noyes, his daughters: Kimberly (Duane) Drew of Richmond, VA, Laura Smith of Lyndonville, VT; his brother: Stanley Noyes of Sutton, VT; His grandchildren Abigale Drew; Alex Drew; Tyler Smith; Sydney Smith His mother in law Alberta Tanner Services will be scheduled at a later date.
