Janet was a wonderful friend. She had a way about her that made everyone feel welcomed and a part of her family. Whenever we visited NY she wanted us to have lunch with her and always told me to bring my mother too. She would put on a big spread of wonderful food and the best part was her famous "Janet Baker Brownie's" as Scott called them. She was down to Earth, very sweet and I loved making her laugh with my stories. I would call her on my lunch breaks to see how she was doing and she never complained-she always asked how Scott and I were doing. She always told me that John was her Angel. He was so devoted to her and was supportive of her and always by her side. She beamed when talking about her grand kids and Karen and Chris. We love you, Janet and will never forget you. All the Bakers are in our hearts. Love,Ericia and Scott
