Obituary of Randall T. Seabury

Randall (Randy) Thomas Seabury, 63 of Lake Pleasant, NY and a former resident of Suffern, NY passed away Tuesday May 20, 2014 at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY.
Born in Suffern, NY, he was the son of the late Thomas A. and Lois Lidster Seabury.
He was a graduate of Suffern High School and received an Associate Degree from Paul Smith's College in 1970.
Randy was a member of Ironworkers Local 417 in Wallkill and worked along with his father in the family business until taking over Seabury Well Drilling in 1990. Randy also shared his father's love of flying and had become a private pilot at the age of 16.
He will be missed by those whose lives he touched, from coaching his sons Little League Baseball teams, to the 15 years he volunteered as a firefighter/driver for the Suffern Volunteer Fire Dept. Hose Co. 1. He also served as their president from 2002 to 2005.
Randy loved being in the Adirondack Mountains. He completed the Northville- LK Placid Trail in 2013 and was currently putting the finishing touches on their "retirement" log home in Lake Pleasant.
Survivors include his devoted and loving companion of 18 years Patricia A. Discini, his previous wife Kathleen (Miele) Sampson, his sons Scott (Courtney) of New Windsor, Ryan of Garnerville, his sisters Janet Pressley of St. Louis and Joanne Buyce of Wilton, 9 grandchildren, 1 niece, 1 nephew, 2 aunts and 1 uncle and many, many friends.
Calling hours will be Saturday, May 24 from 2 to 6 PM at Wilton Funeral Home, 395 Ballard Road, Wilton, NY.
