Ballston Spa, NY Vincent "Jimmy" LaBuzzetta Jr. 67 Born April 3, 1942 in Utica, NY Jimmy died surrounded by his family on Monday, June 22, 2009 from complications of a rare neurological disease, PSP, at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick Maryland. After serving in the U.S. Army he worked for various area contractors as a heavy equipment & crane operator. Jimmy became known as the Michelangelo of operators. He was a member of Lightning Strike and Electrical Survivors and a former member of the Ballston Spa Elks. He was predeceased by his father Vincent LaBuzzetta and sister Gina Robinson Survivors include his wife of 44 years Kareen LaBuzzetta, his daughters: Annette (Douglas) Tinder of Adamstown, MD, Deanna LaBuzzetta (Joel) of Saratoga Springs, Darlene (Brian) D`Arcy of Walkersville, MD; his Mother: Mary LaBuzzetta of Saratoga Springs; his sisters: Patricia Ruscio (Richard) of Fairport, NY, Nancy Mason of San Jose, CA and a brother: Daniel LaBuzzetta of Ballston Spa, 3 grandchildren Harrison, Morgan & Derek; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Monday, July 6 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mevec Funeral Home, 224 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa. Services will be on Tuesday July 7, 2009 at 9:30 AM at Mevec Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Church, 167 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa. Committal service with full military honors will follow at Gerald B.H. Solomon-Saratoga National Cemetery.
