Scotia/Wilton, NY Mary G. Peltier 76 Mary died at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. She was born in Churubusco, NY. She was the daughter of the late William J. and Aurore Yelle Woods. Mary worked at Girl Scouts USA, Schenectady, NY as a Registrar. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Scotia and was a member of the altar rosary society. She also belonged to the Scotia-Glenville P.T.A. She was predeceased by her husband Robert F. Peltier, Sr., her sister Rita Franklin and foster son Charles Stark. Her loving family members are Judith (TJ) Summers of Middle Grove, Robert (Edie) Peltier, Jr. of Sacramento, CA, William Peltier of Lake George, Jill (James) Bailie of Galway, Dennis(Shannon)Peltier of Schenectady, Daniel(Anne) Peltier of Ballston Lake, her brother Ernest Woods of Churubusco, NY; 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Monday, June 29, 2009 at 8:00 am at Mevec Funeral Home, 224 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 am at St. Mary's Church, 167 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa. Committal service will follow at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday, June 28 from 3:00 pm to 6:00pm at Mevec Funeral Home. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Eddy Village Green, 421 W. Columbia Street, Cohoes, NY 12047, or to Saratoga National Cemetery Honor Guard Association, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY. 12871.
