South Glens Falls, NY Robert B. Cummings 67 Robert died at Buffalo General Hospital on Friday, June 19, 2009. He was born in Troy, NY. He was the son of the late Benjamin H. and Ruth Van Wie Cummings. Robert served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War. He worked at Niagara Mohawk Power Company, Glens Falls, NY as a Chief Maintenance Mechanic. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Robert enjoyed sports, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors included his wife Nancy Cummings, his sons: Jeff Cummings and his wife Connie of Saratoga Springs, and Michael Cummings and his wife Lynn-Marie Aronica of Clarence Center, NY; A sister: Janet Bollman of Cohoes, NY; and grandchildren Ryan, Benjamin, Matthew, Jack, and Sammi-Jo. Services will be on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 9:30 AM at Wilton Funeral Home, 395 Ballard Road, Wilton, NY. Committal service with full military honors will follow at Saratoga National Cemetery Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 24, 2009 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Wilton Funeral Home For directions or to light a candle visit us at www.mevecfuneralhome.com.
