Obituary of Robert L. Mevec

Brandon, FL Robert L. "Rob" Mevec, 60, beloved son, brother and uncle, passed away at Brandon General Hospital in Brandon, Florida, on November 8, 2012. He was born in Pittston, Pennsylvania and lived in Syracuse until moving to Florida thirteen years ago. Rob graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Accounting. He was an accountant with Citicorp in Brandon, Florida. Rob enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephews. Rob was predeceased by his father, Louis J. Mevec. He is survived by his mother, Anna Mae Mevec; his brothers, Danny Mevec of Cazenovia and Louis Mevec of Florida; his niece Danielle; nephews Joseph, Martin and Louis, and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Services will be on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 9:00 am at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, 4612 S. Salina Street, Syracuse followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes, 300 Valley Drive, Syracuse.
