Town Of Wilton, NY Louis A. Ventre 87 Louis died at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. He was born in Saratoga Springs. He was the son of the late Simone and Josephine Natale Ventre. He also served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked as a Forrest Technician for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Saratoga Springs. He was predeceased by his wife Marie E. Ventre who died on April 14, 2011. Survivors include his sons: Thomas (Barbara) Ventre of Wilton, Michael (Dawn Herrick) Ventre of Saratoga Springs, his daughters: Mary (Michael) Sawicz of Saratoga Springs, Kathleen (Dan) Bledsoe of Crozet, VA, his sister: Jean Ventre of Saratoga Springs, his grandchildren, Kristen, Andrew, Ryan, Alexander, Macy, Maxim, Sam. Graveside services with military honors will be on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm at St. Peter's Cemetery, West Avenue, Saratoga Springs The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Community Hospice of Saratoga, 179 Lawrence Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Arrangements are by Wilton Funeral Home, Wilton.
