Rose died at home surrounded by her family on May 22, 2013.
She was born in Brattleboro, VT. She was the daughter of the late George and Edna Rogers Hibbert.
She worked in the maintenance department at Stratton V.A. Medical Center, Albany.
Rose volunteered for the American Cancer Society for many years
She was predeceased her husband Thomas Bell, her brothers, George and Roger Hibbert;
her sister, Frances Hibbert, her sons Harold T. Bell, John Bell and her daughter, Lanna Bell
Survivors include her children Ordeana (Debbie) Bell of Glens Falls, Suzanne Bell of Fort Plain, Larry Bell, Sr, Jefferson Bell both of Ballston Spa, Alice (David) Hendricks of Albany, NY, Peter (Debbie) Bell of Queensbury; 29 grandchildren 61 great grandchildren. Several Great Great Grandchildren, and significant other, Kenneth Butler;
Calling hours will be Friday, May 24, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM followed by services 7:00 PM at Mevec Funeral Home, 224 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY.
