Sharon Patricia (Bush) Salvato, age 83, of Ballston Spa, New York, passed away on March 17, 2026. She was born on June 25, 1942, in Ballston Spa, where she spent her childhood and later graduated from the Ballston Spa School District.

After high school, Sharon began her career at the Ballston Knitting Company. She later worked briefly for the Ballston Spa School District before joining Capital Region Multiple Listing, where she spent many years working alongside her three lifelong friends—Nancy Ruzzo, Anne Groski, and Marlene Brown—until her retirement. Those years brought her deep friendship, laughter, and memories she treasured.

In retirement, Sharon embraced life with energy and enthusiasm. She traveled to many places, including California, Maryland, Texas, Arizona, and her favorites—Florida and Las Vegas. She loved playing the slots, strolling the beach and boardwalk with her husband, and soaking in the sunshine wherever she went.

Sharon had a deep love for old country music and the timeless classics of the 1950s. She enjoyed her margaritas, a cold Blue Moon beer, and dancing whenever she had the chance. She cherished time spent going out with friends and visiting with family, especially her niece JeanAnn (Orzolek) Wilson and nephew Michael Flinton, who held special places in her heart.

Sharon is survived by her devoted husband, Faust J. Salvato, Jr.; her children, Christopher Salvato, Stephen Salvato, John Salvato, and Susan (Salvato) White; and her beloved grandchildren, Matthew Salvato, Sarah Salvato, Stephanie (Salvato) Taylor, and Lucas Salvato.

She is predeceased by her father, Burt Bush, mother Emma Louise Bush, her brother William Bush, and her three sisters, Elsie (Bush) Flinton, Gladys Bush and Margaret (Bush) Orzolek.

In keeping with her family's wishes, there will be no viewing hours. A private burial will take place at Ballston Spa Cemetery, where Sharon will be laid to rest in her hometown.

She left the world too soon and touched the hearts of everyone she met. Sharon will be forever missed and lovingly remembered.
