Butch died at Albany Medical Center on Wednesday, June 23, 2021.

He was born on November 4, 1953 in Schenectady, NY. He was the son of the late Clyde W. and Florence Yawkler Bliss.

Butch loved to cheer for the New York Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys.

He loved holiday dinners most of all, so he could be with his family.

The family would like to thank the Living Resources Home on Charlton Road, where he resided

for the past 18 years.

Butch is survived by his sister Carol Jean Kieft of Middle Grove, his brother Gilbert (Phyllis) Bliss of Charlton and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 1:30PM to 2:30PM followed by services at 2:30 PM at Mevec Funeral Home, 224 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY.

Burial will follow at West Charlton Cemetery, Town of Charlton
