Carol died on Thursday, October 1, 2009.
She was born in Ballston Spa.
She worked at Backus Hospital, Norwich, Connecticut as a housekeeper.
Carol was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church, Norwich, CT
She was predeceased by her husband Mark Rachiell who died on December 16, 1997, her father James Milner and her sister Mary Arleen Milner.
Survivors include her daughters: Shanda Potter of Georgetown, TX, Doreen Johnson of Norwich, CT, her mother Myra Older Milner and her granddaughters Emily Rose Potter and Shayla Rashell Johnson.
Services will be on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 9:30 am at Mevec Funeral Home, 224 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa.
Committal service will follow at Middle Grove Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Monday, October 5 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at Mevec Funeral Home
