Obituary of John Carroll

Ballston Spa, NY John "Jack" Carroll 80 Jack passed on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Saratoga Hospital He was born in Schenectady, NY. He was the son of the late Edward and Marian Hamman Carroll. He was the owner of Carroll Block Works and retired from General Electric, Schenectady Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a competition trap shooter. He was a member of Kayaderosseras Fish and Game Club, Ballston Spa and a life member of Guan-Ho-Ha Fish & Game Club, Scotia. He enjoyed and collected old movies from the 1930's to the 1950's He was predeceased by his sister, Patricia Dorough. Jack is survived by his devoted wife of 30Years Ann Carroll, his sons: James and Thomas both of Florida, Michael and Edward both of Schenectady, 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, his niece, Donna Bashford of North Carolina and step son, Mark E.
