Although I didnt know Mr.Shea directly, I know of someone who did, thru squad, and I can see how Jimmy's passing shook this person to the core, so Jimmy must indeed have been a phenominal man and the story of his passing as told by The Post Star broke my heart. I guess if you have faith, then to say that Jimmy went on to the big rig in the sky would be ok. It's especially tragic given the time of the year. With that being said, weep not for his passing but laugh a deep laugh for the memories till the tears you cry are of joy and not sadness. May you all find peace and love in each other as you come together to celebrate Jimmy's life and his untimely passing.

Jim, you were so kind whenever I visited and "stole" Linda from you for a quilting adventure. You are the light in your wife, Linda's eyes, and heart and soul. You will be so missed. Linda you have so many who will be there for you; including me. I miss you all and please know I am there in spirit. I love you, Linda, Char

I am crushed by this loss. On my list of best people in the whole world, Jim was on top. (Linda is too) Always helpful, never complaining, just so willing for do whatever needed to be done for anyone, and so humble. A true gentleman, a true hero. I'm sure he was loved by many, and will be remembered for a very, very long time ... as it should be! I, for one, will never forget him.
God, please welcome Jim with open arms. Bless him and keep him. He's earned a seat as your right hand man.
